Welcome to the website of Wander Studio LLC ("Wander Studio," "we," "our," or "us"), an interior design firm. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this website. These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the website. 

2. About Our Services 

Our website provides information about Wander Studio and our interior design services, showcases our work, and allows you to contact us about potential projects. Browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Design services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Wander Studio, which will govern fees, scope, timelines, and responsibilities for that project. 

3. Use of the Website 

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You agree not to: 

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable law or regulation. 

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, our servers, or any connected systems. 

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code. 

  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our written permission. 

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the website. 

4. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including text, photographs, project images, floor plans, renderings, designs, logos, graphics, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Wander Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent. 

The "Wander Studio" name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission. 

5. Design Inspiration and No Guarantee 

Images, descriptions, and examples on the website are provided for general inspiration and information. They do not guarantee any particular design outcome, availability of products or materials, pricing, or timeline. Finishes, colors, and materials may appear different on screen than in person. 

6. User Submissions 

If you send us information through the website, such as an inquiry form, project details, photos of your space, or feedback, you represent that you have the right to share it. You grant Wander Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information to respond to you and evaluate your project. We will not publish your photos or project details publicly without your permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wander Studio and its members, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the website. 

11. Governing Law and Venue 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. 

12. Changes to These Terms 

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. 

13. Severability and Entire Agreement 

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Text Messaging Terms below, make up the entire agreement between you and Wander Studio regarding use of the website.

Wander Studio LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, contact us, or use our services.

Information you provide to us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing or project address, details about your project, budget and timeline, photos or documents you share, and the content of your messages to us. 

Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our website providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit. This is typically collected through cookies and similar technologies. 

3. How We Use Your Information

Text messaging. Information collected through our text messaging service is handled as described in Part 3, including that we do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business and project records, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 

8. Your Choices and Rights 

You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing emails. You may opt out of emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message, and out of text messages by replying STOP as described in Part 3. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. 9. Children's Privacy 

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it. 

10. Links to Other Websites 

The website may link to third-party sites that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices and encourage you to review their policies.

WANDER STUDIO LLC TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE 

By "Opting In" to or using a "Text Message Service" (as defined below) from WANDER STUDIO LLC, you accept these Terms & Conditions. 

This agreement is between you and WANDER STUDIO LLC or one of its affiliates. All references to "WANDER STUDIO LLC," "we," "our," or "us" refer to WANDER STUDIO LLC, 107 SE Washington Street #233, Portland, OR 97214. 

Definitions 

"Opting In," "Opt In," and "Opt-In" refer to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or otherwise consenting to receive one or more text messages. 

"Text Message Service" includes any arrangement or situation in which we send one or more messages addressed to your mobile phone number, including text messages (such as SMS, MMS, or successor protocols or technologies). 

Consenting to Text Messaging 

By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these Text Messaging Terms and Conditions, as well as our Website Terms & Conditions (Part 1 above) and Privacy Policy (Part 2 above), incorporated herein by reference. 

E-SIGN Disclosure 

By agreeing to receive text messages, you also consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. You may withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record by replying STOP. 

WANDER STUDIO LLC Text Message Service Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through this service to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but isn't limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share users' information with third parties. Nonetheless, we reserve the right always to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. 

This Text Message Service Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Text Message Service and isn't intended to modify our general Privacy Policy (Part 2 above), incorporated by reference above, which may govern the relationship between you and us in other contexts. 

Costs of Text Messages 

We do not charge you for the messages you send and receive via this text message service. But message and data rates may apply, so depending on your plan with your wireless or other applicable provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider. 

Frequency of Text Messages 

This Text Messaging Service is for conversational person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message providing details about the service. After that, the number of text messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as by sending a HELP request). 

Opting Out of Text Messages 

If you no longer want to receive text messages, you may reply to any text message with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After unsubscribing, we may send you confirmation of your opt-out via text message.
